U., Chandigarh. SPECIAL DISCOUNT for educational institutions/University teaching department may be mentioned. The technical, financial bids and EMD be enclosed in separate sealed envelopes duly marked and placed together in a duly sealed envelope giving our reference and due date of quotation.
