Specifications:

1.      UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (Double Beam):

         UV-Vis double beam spectrophotometer with wave length range: 190-1100 nm, band width 1.0 nm, dual silicon photodiode, with variable modes absorbance, transmittance, quantitative, wave length scan etc., wave length accuracy upto  + 0.8nm, repeatability upto + 0.2, photometric display – 0.3 – 3.0A; stability + 0.001A/ hr at 500nm alongwith data recorder.

2.      B.O.D. Incubator:

         Inner and outer chamber made up of stainless steel with the range of 5-50oC, CFC free compressor, Full view inner glass door, lock and key arrangement and caster wheel mounted cabinet. Inner chamber completely insulated with special grade PUF to prevent thermal loss; with two air circulating fans for uniform temperature alongwith LED light illumination system inside the chamber; digital voltmeter and temperature controller capacity 420 Ltrs. 3.      Electronic Weighing Balance:

4.      Deep Freezer:

         Single door upright deep freezer with a capacity of 148 Ltrs. Temperature range -17-24oC, Manual defrost load wattage -140, Nos. of shelves – 5.

5.      Vertical Autoclave:

         Outer and inner chamber and lid made of stainless steel; leak-proof with optional range of 5-20 lbs/ sq. inch; provided with silicon gasket, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, ss-basket, safety valve, water level indicator and pressure control switch.
